Summer Camps
 

We offer summer camps for children of all ages. Children have the opportunity to play games, make new friends, swim at the pool and experience new adventures. Listed below are the different types of camp we offer. Specific camp dates and information will become available in February.

  Day CampSummer Camp Fun Kidstown Camp

Lil' Sprouts Camp
Formerly known as Kidstown, preschoolers will have the opportunity to experience art, nature, new friendships and playtime. Camp will meet on Mondays at Artesian Park, where the campers will be able to walk and see nature in the ravines, or walk to the Library for a story. Also have lots of running time in all the fields. On Fridays camp will meet at Sunrise Beach. Campers will play at the beach, craft in the shelters or play up top at the park. Offered 2, 3 or 5 day sessions.

Day Camp
Day Camp is for children entering Kindergarten through 7th grade have the option of three days a week or five days a week of. The Camp day runs from 8:15 am-3:00 pm. Each session of this camp is two weeks in length. Swim lessons is included in camp fees for Kindergarten through 4th grade. Campers also go on a field trip every session and have cookouts and pizza lunch brought in.

Sunshine Mini & Summer Time 2's
These early childhood camps are for 2 year olds are one or two days a week, running two hours in length.

Special Interest Camps
Specialty camps are available to children ranging in age from 9 years old to 14 years old. Those would include Elite Camp (golf, tennis and plyometric instruction) Teen Travelers (biking the local bike paths each day for a new experience) Adventure Camp (orienteering, kayaking, biking and rock climbing instruction) Dance Camp (musical dance instruction with a production at the end of camp) Art in the Park Camp (art instruction with Lake Bluff as their backdrop.)

Early Bird and Stay & Play
Before and After Camp Care is for parents that need to get to work or need an extended day from the regular camp hours. Children can swim, play games or just relax under a shade tree.
